Park Reservation Quick Reference Guide
Pontiac Oaks (formerly Hawthorne Park): Managed by Oakland County Parks. For reservations, call 248-858-0906.
Reservable City Parks: Aaron Perry, Beaudette, Galloway, Murphy, Oakland, Richardson, and Rotary. Other parks are first-come, first-served basis.
Reservation Information:
- Submit requests at least 14 days in advance.
- If a date or time appears blank on the reservation calendar, it is not available for booking. This may be due to a Parks & Recreation event or program, an existing reservation by another group, or it falls within the required 14-day reservation window.
- Rental fees will be displayed during checkout, but you will not be charged at that time.
- Your reservation request will be reviewed by the Parks Department.Once approved, you will receive an invoice for payment (Full payment due 10 days before rental).
Special Events: Events involving generators, tents larger than 10' x 10', food trucks, or similar equipment may require a permit. Apply at least 60 days in advance through the City of Pontiac Planning Department at 248-758-2824. Missing permits may result in denial or cancellation.
